Cameron is a North Carolina native from Kernersville, North Carolina. Her practice is concentrated in the fields of landlord-tenant law, real estate, and general business representation.
Cameron’s family has a proud history of small business ownership and property management, and Cameron’s own experience as a sole-proprietor gives her a unique insight to many of the demands faced by small businesses and real estate owners. She enjoys helping businesses, management companies, and real estate owners deal with legal challenges that arise and in the course of business and loves seeing these organizations thrive and grow.
Before joining Brownlee Whitlow & Praet, Cameron interned with the Honorable Ann Marie Calabria and Robert Hunter at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. She also volunteered with Justice Bob Hunter of the Cherokee Supreme Court and worked for a period in the fields of corporate collections and litigation as well as insurance defense.
Cameron is an active member of local, state, and national bar associations and participates in a leadership role in all. She also has a strong passion for education and serves in an advisory position to the Chapel Hill Public Library Foundation and Greensboro’s Empowered Girls of North Carolina. In her spare time, she enjoys maintaining her practice in the cosmetology and esthetics industry and is an avid backpacker.
